Where Design and Intention Combine

New Heritage

New Heritage is a thoughtful remodel located in Camas, WA. Our clients approached us with a vision for a kitchen that would not only reflect their lifestyle but also grow with their young family. With two small children, we designed a cozy breakfast nook and a versatile island that can be easily adapted to include stools as their needs evolve. Timeless materials and elegant fixtures were carefully chosen to honor the classic character of the home while creating a space that feels both refined and inviting.

 Evergreen Estate

Evergreen Estate is a new construction project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Our goal was to redefine what it means to live and cook in a space that is both stunning and highly functional. The design embraces a rich palette of organic materials, including white oak, zellige tile, Taj Mahal quartzite, and highly pigmented marble. Construction began in winter 2025—stay tuned for the dreamy final reveal later this year.

Old Quarry Road

Old Quarry Road is a full remodel project located in Oregon. We collaborated with the homeowners to highlight the mid-century qualities of the home while introducing fresh concepts. The materials and overall palette include natural wood tones, earthy hues and a modern take on minimalism to create a peaceful energy for everyday life.

 Manzanita Hideaway

Manzanita Hideaway is a passion project turned Airbnb investment, tucked into the quiet landscape of Pine Mountain Club, CA. This 1970s gambrel cabin needed a full renovation. With help from skilled subcontractors, we expanded the deck, added a second bedroom, replaced the roof, and updated everything from lighting and paint to appliances and windows. Every detail was by two business partners, Candice Cervantes and Breanne Dunn, with the goal of creating a warm, budget-conscious space that celebrates the mountain views.
